Home Manager Programme aims to train low-income women to be a home manager and at the same time making it as a professional career.
2.1 To train participants to become qualified, competent and professional in home manager;
2.2 To improve women’s skills and generate income in the services sector;
2.3 To providing professional caregivers to work at home as well as nurseries;
2.4 To reduce the intake of foreign worker for cares children and baby.
2.5 To improve knowledge and skills in strengthening the family institution.
3.0 Method of Implementation
3.1 Pejabat Pembangunan Wanita Negeri (PPWN ) will nominate Service Provider
3.2 Implement courses Home Manager
3.3 Monitoring by PPWN
3.4 Identify participants
3.6 Implement Basic Course Home Manager
4.0 The selection of participants is by Pejabat Pembangunan Wanita Negeri (PPWN). The budget is a total of 20
participants for each State unless the State which has applied to train 40 participants.
5.0 It is estimated that a minimum income for participants to be at least RM950 or an increase of 20% of income before joining the home program managers.
